Guacamole & Pico De Gallo

I love guacamole!  I personally like mine with avocado chunks instead of creamy.  You also already have the ingredients, so you may as well make fresh pico de gallo!






Guacamole:
- 2 avocados - chunked
- 1/2 red onion - diced
- 1 jalapeno - diced
- 1 clove of garlic diced
- 1 lime (or lemon)
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- cilantro
- salt & pepper to taste

Chop & mix all the ingredients together!  Let it refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. 

Pico De Gallo:
- 1 pint of grape tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 jalapeno
- cilantro
- 1 clove of garlic - diced
- 1 lime (or lemon)
- salt & pepper

Chop & mix all the ingredients together!  Let it refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
